Some interesting things have been happening in our household recently! Most notably...I have realized more than ever that I am not ready for two human babies yet. Henry is enough of a baby to give me a clear glimpse of that. Wednesday turned out to be an interesting day...here's a little snip-it....
First the alarm does not go off for us to wake up for BSF and of course Henry decides to sleep in that morning. This means we were stuck at home in the rain....and Jack was having "one of those days."
Lunch rolls around...
Jack won't eat...
Jack accidentally knocks his strawberry applesauce onto Henry...
Henry begins eating the applesauce on the floor...
Henry is now pink...
After lunch, Henry gets bath (with Jack's help)....
As Henry is getting dried off, Jack starts dumping water onto the bathroom floor...
Jack is now drenched and so is the bathroom...
Jack gets new clothes on...
Henry starts running laps around the house as fast as he can and starts stealing socks from the laundry pile....
I go to chase him and stub my toe on Henry's' kennel...
I spend the next 15 minutes trying to stop the bleeding with no access to a bandaid (since Kurt is in the closet on a phone call)...
Henry tries to eat off my makeshift bandaid...
Kurt emerges to see Jack laughing hysterically and mommy almost in tears...
Phew, I'm tired just remember it.
Glad its not Wednesday any more! Today was a much better day!
