Jack has a Little People nativity that he plays with each day. He is getting more creative in his play these days and seems to combine a bunch of different experiences he has had into his imaginitive play! Today he told me this story...
Jack is making Mary walk over to baby Jesus and hand him something...
Jack: She (Mary) bringing chicken nuggets to Jesus.
Mommy: Oh really! That is so nice.
Jack: He (Joseph) bringing snowman.
Mommy: Wow that is really a nice gift.
Jack: Dis guy (Wise Man #1) bringing a special toy. And dis one (Wise Man #2) bringing a special robot.
Mommy: Wow, those are special gifts for Jesus.
Jack: Dis one (Wise Man #3) bringing a Bible. (Must just be the Old Testament!)
Mommy: What about the sheep? Is he going to bring some hay for Jesus to sleep on?
Jack: Yes! and Joseph is going to the zoo to see the camels.
Mommy: That sounds like fun!
Jack: They having birthday party for Jesus.
Mommy: Sounds like fun! We'll have one to for Jesus on Christmas!
I love that Jack can talk now...I have so much fun listening to him create stories! So precious!

I love this and feel this is exactly what Christmas is supposed to be about! To have faith like a child! Jack already has such a precious heart, hope y'all are well and have blessed holidays!
