Rice Cereal VS. Carrots

For a few weeks now Jack has been very interested in watching me eat. He loves to sit on our laps at dinner and watch every bite that goes in our mouths. We started him on cereal to see if that would make him sleep better (which it didn't). Then the pediatrician gave us the go ahead to try other vegetables if we wanted to just for fun.
