The other day I was in the kitchen trying my best to put together dinner. I heard a crinkling sound from across the room and got suspicious (not suspicious enough to check on it). I looked towards the pantry and didn't see anyone digging through the food (cat or baby) and figured everything was fine, until....I turned the corner later to find sweet baby Jack crumbling mini wheats into the carpet! It was an innocent act, and lucky for mommy, easy to vacuum up. Here's to more "messes" that may not be so easy to clean.
(I do give Jack credit...he did help clean up. He started placing one crumb at a time into the trash bag.)
Oh, one other funny thing related to cereal. At the grocery store last week, Jack managed to pick up an extra box of Honey Bunches of Oats and put them in the cart. When I got home, I couldn't figure out how I had purchased them without remembering I had picked them up. Hmmm...at least Kurt is not picky with cereal so he ate it.
