This evening I was laying on the floor in the living room reading to Audrey. Jack came up to me and noticed that my shirt was slightly above my belly button (not intentionally!)
Jack: Mommy, why do you have two belly buttons?
Mommy (after laughing hysterically for at least a minute): I don't have two belly buttons. Mommy's skin is just like that from having a baby in my belly. When mommies carry babies in their tummies, their skin gets stretched like a balloon!
Jack: What?!
A few minutes later...
Jack: Why does Audrey have three belly buttons?
Daddy: She doesn't. She just has one.
Jack: Why?
Daddy: That's just how God created us.
Jack: Do belly buttons have bones in them?
Daddy: No they are just made out of skin.
