10 MONTHS!!!

Miss Audrey (or Miss Miss as we all sometimes call her) is 10 months today! And a big day it was...she started crawling as of 8:30 this morning! She is quite slow and can actually moves faster if she army crawls, but it was so precious and fascinating to actually watch her learn this skill right in front of our faces! She also learned to hold and drink out of her bottle by herself 2 days ago. I feel like she has grown up over night! She now has 5 teeth and is actually a fairly happy teether. Keep in mind everything is relative to prior experiences (we won't name names here.) We are really enjoying her as part of our family and she is now a vital part of the play scenarios with Jack. The other night she carried the proud title of the baby termite and she ate fake wood. Don't ask me how Jack came up with this. She was very upset with me when I pulled her out of the play tent to get ready for bed. This was a first! She loves her brother and loves to be a part of the action! She still nurses and its pretty cute in the morning when Kurt gets her out of bed. She is so happy and content until she hears my voice or sees me. Then she is really upset until I take her and she eats. She is definitely a mommy's girl, but she does adore her daddy too (if she is not hungry!). She continues to sleep through the night and take 2 naps. She is very vocal and is always cracking up at Henry or even at herself! If we say "hey" in a funny voice, she cannot stop laughing! Speaking of Henry, she is very motivated to get to him so he needs to be on guard from now on! She is so good with her and even plays with there when she waves her hands. She still loves giving kisses and now gives hugs which melts my heart.

We love you Miss Miss! We are so blessed to call you our daughter and love you more than you will ever fathom.
